RESULTS. DELIVERED.

I established Corsa Strategies to continue my work at the intersection of the public and private sectors.  Corsa Strategies provides site selection and incentive advisory as well as leadership in renewable energy.  My deep understanding of both business and economic development creates successful results for clients across North America.

I work with companies of all sizes and in all types of industries.  My work consulting private sector clients has involved investments totaling more than $3.0 billion and generating more than 6,000 new jobs.

I am a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) accredited by the International Economic Development Council and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.  I currently serve as a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association Legislative Committee and the Town of Cicero, Indiana Economic Development Committee.

From 2019 through 2022, I worked with a national specialty consulting firm where I advised growing companies on their investment, location, and job creation strategies. Serving private sector clients, I focused on maximizing short- and long-term value while mitigating tax and labor risks.

Prior to working as a private sector advisor, I spent a decade in various roles of local and regional economic development. I served as Executive Director of the Indy Partnership, the regional economic development organization housed within the Indy Chamber.  In this role, I led a team focused on attracting new investment and jobs to the nine-county Indianapolis region.

I also previously served as the top economic development official in Blackford County, Indiana where I led efforts on business attraction, business retention, community development, and workforce development.  During this time, I served on the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership Board and as President of the East Central Indiana Development Council.

In addition to my CEcD credential and Oklahoma University education, I hold a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ball State University and have completed courses through the Council for Community and Economic Research’s Labor Market Information Institute. I write and speak nationally on site selection, real estate, and economic development topics.
